i would have one or two teeth for attachment and then a rotation piece on the clasp that allows for free 360 movement. I have my mic attached to my headphones and don't remove it, I just move it out of the way when I'm not using it. Unfortunately, the current 90 degree increments mean the mic is still slightly in the way or too far back on my head.
