Warranty and Return information

We here at Antlion are reasonable people and will work with you.

FROM DATE OF PURCHASE, WE OFFER A THIRTY (30) DAY EXCHANGE POLICY ON THE MODMIC AND/OR ITS ACCESSORIES**.

Change your mind about which version of the ModMic you bought? If you purchased your ModMic directly from us and want to do an exchange, we'll happily do it within the first thirty (30) days from your date of purchase. The ModMic must be “like new.” Make sure you've got your proof of purchase! We won’t be able to do an exchange if you don’t have it.

  • If the price of the item you’re doing an exchange for is higher, you’ll have to cover the difference in cost.
  • If the price of the item you’re doing an exchange for is lower, we will refund you the difference.

We will exchange your ModMic as long as you didn’t do anything too crazy or unreasonable to it (e.g., the warranty is void if you put your ModMic in a beaker of acid. We do not cover you if the ModMic was smashed by a hammer. But seriously, we will cover any manufacturing defects in the ModMic and/or its accessories; any abuse, extreme temperature or moisture, etc., won’t be covered).

FROM DATE OF PURCHASE, WE OFFER A THIRTY (30) DAY RETURN POLICY WITH A REFUND (MINUS SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS) IF YOU AREN’T SATISFIED WITH THE MODMIC AND/OR ITS ACCESSORIES**.

We will refund you the purchase cost (minus shipping and handling) as soon as we receive the entire original order. We cannot be expected to refund returned merchandise that has been damaged by outside the scope of the warranty below (e.g. don't expect us to refund the mic you bought and promptly microwaved into a pile of stinky plastic).

We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount if the product is returned in a state of diminished value, i.e., parts are missing and/or any part of your order is not in saleable condition.

After thirty (30) days from purchase, we can only repair or replace your ModMic and/or its accessories. Refunds are not allowed.

FROM DATE OF PURCHASE*, OUR ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OF THE MODMIC AND/OR ITS ACCESSORIES.

We will repair or replace your ModMic as long as you didn’t do anything too crazy or unreasonable to it (e.g., the warranty is void if you put your ModMic in a beaker of acid. We do not cover you if the ModMic was smashed by a hammer. But seriously, we will cover any manufacturing defects in the ModMic and/or its accessories; any abuse, extreme temperature or moisture, etc., won’t be covered). After 30 days from purchase, the only cost to you will be shipping your repaired/new ModMic back to you (costs vary for domestic versus international shipping**).

AFTER 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE, any defects found with Headphones and/or its accessories, amps, etc. must be taken up with its respective manufacturer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The sooner you contact us (as most orders ship out the same day), it will be much easier for us to quickly cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, we must treat your cancelled order like a return (see above).

THE FINE PRINT:

The ModMic has small parts that contain magnets. Magnets can really cause damage if they are swallowed. Do not eat the ModMic; it has no nutritional value. Do not let small children or anyone else eat the ModMic or its parts; there’s no nutritional value for them, either.

Headphones are sold separately.

*This Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Antlion Audio or its licensed distributors (e.g., Amazon or our International Partners). Second-hand purchases are not covered.

**Our thirty (30) day return/exchange policy only covers products purchased directly from Antlion Audio's online store.

**Shipment of the defective item for repair or replacement under this warranty will be at the customer’s own risk and expense. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
